HimmelHimmel, 2017

„HimmelHimmel“ ist eine Serie von Bildern über die Möglichkeiten von Farb- und Raumillusionen am malerischen Pol der Fotografie. Die scheinbar perfekten, sich am Horizont spiegelnden Himmel entstanden aus digitalen Aufnahmen der Atmosphäre und der sich daran anschließenden digitalen Bearbeitung mit dem Licht- und Farbraum eines Programmcodes.

“HimmelHimmel” is a series of synthetic images about the possibilities of chromatic and spatial illusions on photography’s painterly pole. The apparently perfect skies reflected on the horizon were created from digital shots of the atmosphere and from subsequent digital processing using the light and colour space of a program code.
